Brittany Mahomes calls out ‘rude ass people’ in fiery post as Taylor Swift friendship blossoms
Brittany Mahomes has a message for her “rude ass” haters: “Go back to where you came from.”
Days after the Chiefs’ latest win — a 27-17 victory at Gillette Stadium, where she took in the action with new pal Taylor Swift — the wife of quarterback Patrick Mahomes took trolls to task with a stinging message on her Instagram Story.
“Recently there has been ALOT more rude ass people on here, waaaay more then normal …. I’m not sure where yall came from, but you should probably go back to where you came from…. please,” Brittany posted before closing out the message with a smiley emoji.
Though Brittany, 28, has combated critics in the past, the latest response comes amid the brightening spotlight in Kansas City.
The mother of two, who has been married to Mahomes, 28, since March 2022, has cheered on the Chiefs throughout the season with Swift, the girlfriend of Kansas City tight end Travis Kelce.
The 12-time Grammy winner was seen lifting Brittany up on Sunday as they watched the game from a suite in New England.
Swift, who has attended seven Chiefs games this season, has been seeing Kelce for months.
The two-time Super Bowl champion, 34, first expressed interest in Swift, also 34, over the summer after revealing on his “New Heights” podcast how he failed to give her a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it during her Eras Tour stop in Kansas City.
Swift got wind of the remarks and the two connected a short time later.
“This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell,” she says. “We started hanging out right after that. So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for, because we got to get to know each other,” Swift told Time as part of her Person of the Year cover story.
With the Chiefs facing the Raiders at Arrowhead Stadium on Christmas Day, there’s been speculation about whether or not Swift will attend.
Page Six reported Tuesday the pop star will spend the holidays with Kelce, who will also play on New Year’s Eve when the Chiefs host the Bengals.
