Taylor Swift continues to make history! At the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards held on March 17 at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, Swift was honored with the prestigious “Tour of the Century” award for her record-breaking Eras Tour.

A Historic Tour Worth Celebrating 

Swift’s Eras Tour ran from March 2023 to December 2024, spanning multiple continents and featuring over 3.5-hour performances that took fans on a journey through her entire career. The tour not only broke records but also became a global phenomenon, with fans creating their own traditions—like trading friendship bracelets, inspired by a lyric from her song You’re on Your Own, Kid.

Swift’s Heartfelt Acceptance Speech

Although she couldn’t attend in person, Swift sent a virtual acceptance speech thanking her bandmates, tour crew, and most importantly, her fans.

“I really can’t tell you how much this means to me, because I accept this on behalf of all my tour-mates,” she said. “This tour has been the most challenging yet rewarding experience of my life.”

She also expressed gratitude for the fans who made each show feel special, emphasizing how their dedication turned the tour into something truly legendary.

A Big Night for Swift 

In addition to winning “Tour of the Century,” Swift led the night with ten nominations and took home nine awards, making her the biggest winner of the event.

The ceremony also featured a special pre-recorded performance of “Mirrorball” from the tour’s opening night, allowing fans to relive the magic of the Eras Tour once again.

A Night of Legends

The 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards also honored other major artists. Mariah Carey received the Icon Award, recognizing her legendary career, while Lady Gaga was presented with the Innovator Award for her contributions to music and philanthropy.
