Simone Biles is back home in the United States of America with husband Jonathan Owens after a thrilling time at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

The USA gymnast was one of the major storylines coming into the Olympics after her tough time at Tokyo 2021 where she suffered from the twisties and did not hit the heights that were expected of her.

This time, she was at the top of her game and managed to take home three gold medals and a silver medal, only finishing behind Rebeca Andrade in the floor final to end the gymnastics programme in Paris.

She is clearly very happy and content to be home with her NFL husband as she shared a picture of her lying on the bed with the simple caption: “Never been so happy.”

Naturally in the world of sport, attention has already turned to the next Olympics and whether Biles is going to be there to help the USA climb up the medal table or not.

With the 2028 Olympics being a home event in Los Angeles, there is certainly extra motivation to stay in shape and compete again.

When asked about her future, Biles responded with a cryptic, “You never say never,” leaving the door open for what could be a historic event.

If she were to compete in Los Angeles, Biles would be 31 years old, potentially making her the oldest all-around Olympic gymnastics champion in 72 years.

Despite the speculation, Biles has remained cautious about making any definitive statements regarding her participation in the 2028 Games.

“Right now, I can’t tell you yes or no,” she shared, acknowledging that her future remains uncertain.
