Fans heading to GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium on Friday night were left stunned as officials suddenly announced that the highly anticipated Kansas City Chiefs vs Chicago Bears preseason showdown had been postponed indefinitely.

According to league representatives, the decision came just hours before kickoff after a major power outage swept through parts of Kansas City, including the stadium district.
