Marc Agnifilo, attorney to Sean “Diddy” Combs, has given his reasoning on why there may have been a bulk of baby oil found during the raiding of Diddy’s homes.

While speaking to the New York Post (Sept. 21), Agnifilo downplayed Diddy’s “freak off’s” and also said that he doesn’t believe the music mogul bought “1000” bottles. He also cited the retailer Costco as a source of where he could have bought the product in bulk, even though the store doesn’t sell the body moisturizer.

“I don’t think it was 1,000,” he began. “I think there was a lot. There’s a Costco right down the street [from Diddy’s house]. You know, I think Americans buy in bulk as we know… this is consensual adults doing what consensual adults do. We can’t get so puritanical in this country to think that some how sex is a bad thing, because if it was, there would be no more people.”

He continued, “[Diddy] has a big house. He buys in bulk. I think they have Costcos in every place where he has a home. I mean, have you sat in a parking lot of a Costco and see what people walk out of there with? I don’t think it was a thousand. Let’s just say it was a lot.”

The 54-year-old father of seven was arrested on Sept. 16 at a hotel in New York City by officers following a grand jury indictment. Diddy was then arraigned in a federal court in Manhattan the following day and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
